Hämorrhoiden In The First Three Stages

X

The initial stages of the disease commonly called as piles are all associated with mild to moderate risks. The origin of hämorrhoiden is not yet properly known but it has been found out that the varicose vein has something to do with it as that is what harbours these outgrowths from the rectal wall. The first three stages are called as bleeding, prolapsed and strangulated haemorrhoids and each is associated with an increasing intensity of pain and problems.
The initial stage is quite mild and is often not felt by the sufferer because the irritation is just benign and akin to that of a person suffering from piles. It is towards the prolapsed stage that the real discomfort kicks in as the haemorrhoids fall out of the anus into the external part of the body in the form of grapes that can be squashed each time one sits on it. Furthermore, this regular squashing results in the formation of blood clots that take the disease into stage three called as strangulated haemorrhoids.
